Select a waveform created by PRMLpro or one captured by a digital oscilloscope. All popular continuous-time anti-aliasing filters are supported, such as 5th and 7th order equiripple linear phase and 4th order Butterworth. All-pass filters are provided for DFE and FDTS/DF experimentation. You can also specify any numerator and denominator polynomials to create a custom filter.

The filter’s group delay, magnitude response and impulse response are displayed. The input and output signal spectra are automatically compared to a user-specified target spectrum. Traditional partial response targets are supported, as well as any custom target polynomial.
